We support teams in establishing annual goals and activating accountability

Setting strategic direction is crucial, and it’s not a “set it and forget it” exercise. Without goals and accountability to advance the strategy, progress stops and people get stuck. We’ve seen it happen over and again. And it doesn’t have to be this way.

Through a facilitated process, we engage an organization’s leadership team to establish meaningful, motivating and measurable fiscal-year goals that are aligned with their strategic direction. We then host quarterly sessions with leadership to check in and review progress on those goals. Through facilitated dialogue, we help leadership teams put critical topics on the table, illuminate risks and hold one another accountable for accomplishing the goals they have set.
